Your Ideal Life

Have you ever taken the time to sit down with yourself and write down what your ideal life would look like? If not, this can be a powerful exercise. My challenge to you this month is to take some time away from the day- to-day grind, find a quiet place, and write down what your ideal life looks like. Where do you live? What do you do? Who are your friends? How do you spend your time? What is your family like? Thinking about your ideal life can put things in perspective for you. By creating an ideal vision, we create a gap from where we are now to where we would like to ideally be. Once we build this gap, we now have something to strive for. By focusing on our vision, we can grow and improve ourselves.

Take a little time this month to sit down with yourself and script out your ideal life. I think you will be glad you did!
