The Top 10 Best Days Of Your Life
My challenge for you this month is to sit down and take some time to review your life. What I want you to do is to think about the 10 best days of your life. What happened on those days to make them your best? What about them gets you excited? Was it an accomplishment? Perhaps a great day relaxing in the sun? Maybe it was the people you were with? This exercise can help you to put some things into perspective. By coming up with the top 10 days of your life, you can gain some tremendous insight into who you are as a person, and what it is that makes you truly happy.
Once you have your top 10, look for some commonality. How many of these things are you currently incorporating in your life? When was the last time you spent time with that friend? How about that favorite vacation spot? Or, maybe it's time that you set your sights on that next big accomplishment. Whatever it is, take some time to compare where you are currently at, to your top 10. If you aren't where you want to be, maybe it's time to refocus.
