My challenge to you this month is to chose 10 daily habits that will empower and energize you. Start by asking yourself what would be the habits that enrich my experience of life and energize me on a daily basis? Come up with 10 answers to this question, and you have your 10 daily habits.
Your 10 daily habits need to consist of things you really want to do, not the ones that you should do. Keep them simple, so that you are sure to follow through. By following through on your 10 daily habits, you will benefit by having a healthy routine, increasing your focus, having more energy, maintaining balance, and just feeling better about yourself.
