Confidence. As business owners, it is the one thing that consistently leads us to success. When we are confident, we make solid decisions, take risks, and attract the things we need. When our confidence is shattered, we live in fear - which often leads us into a downward spiral. Confidence is critical to business success. Therefore, just like we have insurance for our business, our life, and our assets, we need insurance for our confidence. Here are some things you can do right now to insure that no matter what happens, your confidence will always be rock solid:
1. Focus on your successes
Make sure that at some point each day, you review your successes. Constantly reminding yourself of what you do well goes a long way to building and maintaining your confidence levels.

By reading inspirational books, you focus your mind on the positive. Other people can be great role models for us, especially when we are shaken. Also, learning something from inspirational people goes a long way to improving ourselves.
3. Surround yourself with strong people
By surrounding yourself with strong people, you have support when you need it. We all face tough times, and when there are strong people in your corner, they will help you successfully navigate through tough times.
4. When things aren't going well, focus on short- term wins
When things get tough, think short-term. Build momentum by getting some quick wins under your belt. Celebrate the small wins, so that you can build up to bigger ones!
5. Practice extreme self care
There is no better way to build your confidence than to take great care of yourself. Reward yourself with a massage. Workout all the time. Take care of your body. All these things will make you feel great, and feeling great about yourself builds extreme self confidence.
6. Give back
Be thankful for what you have and what you have accomplished by helping others that aren't as lucky as you. Doing this will make you feel great, and will build someone else up at the same time. Another great confidence booster.
