As business owners, the start of the new year is a great time to check in with ourselves, discover what we accomplished over the last year, and what our goals are for the next year. With that in mind, here are 10 questions that you should be asking yourself as you start the new year:

2. Where did I fall short?
3. What did I learn from my shortcomings?
4. How do I limit myself?
5. Who do I need to be as a person to overcome these limitations?
6. What hats do I wear in my business?
7. Out of these, which one is my major focus this year?
8. What is the one thing I need to improve in this area to be ultimately successful?
9. What are my top 3 goals for this year?
10. What do I need to do to make sure that these 3 goals are achieved?
By taking some time to really think and respond to these questions, you can reflect on what you accomplished, identify where you fell short, learn a little about yourself, and use this information to set and achieve appropriate goals for the new year.
