Building The Brand “Me”

They use to say, "It's all about who you know". While that may have been true in the past, today's mantra is, "It's not who you know, but who knows you", and "who knows you" is all about building your brand! So, whether you are an entrepreneur and own your own business, or are a corporate employee, if you want to be successful in today's world, you have to work on building your brand "me".

This month I want you to think about shifting your focus from "who do I know", or the networking mantra, to "who knows me", the brand building mantra. Ask yourself, "How can I get more exposure, so more people know who I am?" The answer to that question will help take you to the next level, no matter what you do!
